Looking ahead

Can't say I'm impressed with the clan attendance. I blame the Episode 3 patch, SWTOR, or Life for scaring off most of the members, but I'm impressed with those who have stuck around. Also I'm grateful for my regulars who come in just to check-in. They will always have a place in GBK now and in the future.

Getting ready for the next round of dismissals/demotions for those who have not paid dues. Thinking of re-focusing clan activities to Warzone/PvP arenas. The Genides don't have much of a presences in these areas. Will recruit more based on Freelancer experience now, with highly polished piloting skills.

Raids are running smoothly. The epic blueprints are nice, but they can't be traded. Such as let down guess I can just stare at it and it will magically craft itself.

I really need to work on the Activity Tracking page to show what individuals have done/contributed for clan.

Level 50 Ship Builds

Edited the Builds page to reflect the new level cap increase. Adjust your build plans accordingly and have fun.

Episode 3 disaster

Patience be damned...

A.I. difficulty is far too imbalanced. Crafting/modding is screwed up. Clan terminal missions are unavailable. Only 1/2 of the new Warzones were added.

My rage meter is filled and rant has been posted. Might take a few days off from the game to re-focus and let the bugs iron out.


Edit: Rage is subdued. PTS will be re-opened to test difficulty changes. Testers are welcome and please leave feedback on forums.

New Equipment vs Old Equipment

Patience is such a virtue in the virtual world...

Long story short...

The Episode 3 patch didn't re-stat all equipment. New ship parts (i.e. cockpit, engine, wing, and shield) all have a single resistence stat. While old ship parts have none, other than wings which have spread resistence stats. This also applies to any mods intalled in ship parts and weapons.

Huge Episode 3 Updates and more

First off, Black Prophecy was nominated for IGN's Best MMO of 2011. Congrats!

Now, there will be TWO new warzones for you PvP junkies. Huss Crystal and EZOR. Faction benefits are still unknown. Read this for more details.

Next, the new abilites will test our teamwork. Lots of team-based specials will be added in this episode. Added new page for Raid Squadron. Read this for more details.

The BIGGEST news. EPISODE 3 will be launching tomorrow and servers will be down.

Public Test Servers open Wednesday

Activities start at 8:30 CST tomorrow. Population will be capped at 150, so if you don't get in try later or wait in line. Most active members will recieve in-game prizes. Clans that participate will recieve module upgrades.

Everyone in GBK please make time to attend.

~SC~ Wolfpac Fail

So the other night xinopin and myself are in the metal refinary doing a clan resource mission. When ~SC~ Wolfpac crashes the party.

Xinopin is dead. I'm at the refinary defending. Wolfpac and I have a little convo.

Wolfpac: Couldn't help it wanted to PvP
Wolfpac: You gonna hide
Me: Sure
Wolfpac: Sad
Me: I still mine resources
Wolfpac: Sad
Wolfpac: Hold still I want to fraps you, so I can put on youtube LOL
Me: Okay

He proceeds to come in for attack. I kill him twice.

Me: Can I have a copy of that video?
Wolfpac: :) I'll be back :)

Xinopin and me complete resource mission without any further disruption. Also, Wolfpac logged off, what happened to coming back?

Resource missions now available

With the help of Anthorious, DWingDW2, EagleOne, Xinopin, Challanger and NovaPain; GBK is now able to run resource missions. Leveling up the clan station and resources for crafting will be easier to come by.

Give these guys a round of applause for helping us get over the hump, and this is just the beginning. Next stop level 20 station!

Episode 3 Details Emerge

Big PvE changes are coming and the challenges are greater. Raid squads of 8-10 with build variety will have the best chance at success. Hour long completion times.

My trigger finger itches in anticipation!

GBK members lets have a meet up today and do a large party mission to test out our strengths, weaknesses, and develop some strategies.

Edit: Part 2 of Episode 3 details shows concept art of a Boss you'll encounter at the end of an epic raid. They will be unique, massive in size, difficult to destroy...but rewards will be great.

Episode 3: Rise of the Boid

New content is coming soon, Black Prophecy is opening up Public Test Servers to get feedback of how to balance the new content. Anyone who participates in the PTS gets a chance to win a prize.

GBK represent and join the Public Test Server (when available).

Event Schedule

Warzone group events will now occur Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Clan/Group leveling missions will occur Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Log on Black Prophecy game client on the corresponding days, ask to be added to a group, and be ready to shake n' bake.

Monthly Dues

Its November, don't forget to mail your dues to Andolo. Dues consist of 500 corons and 100 of each resource. Do your part and help maintain and grow our clan.

If I have not your corons/resources by the 15th, you will be demoted and revoked access to storage.

If I have not received your corons/resources by the end of the month, you will be removed due to inactivity.

Station constructed, New members

Clan station is up. It is located in the clan sector of your starmap. We will be organizing clan missions soon to gain access to resource missions. Continue to deposit your resources and corons so we can build it up.
